IEEP Senior Fellow David Wilkinson launched IEEP’s report on the EU’s Better Regulation Agenda and its implications for the future of environmental policy at Westminster yesterday. The report provides a strong counter-argument to the messages coming from the CBI conference this week, that regulation is crippling UK industry; and similar calls from the ‘Open Europe’ group of industrialists for ‘less’, as opposed to ‘better’ regulation.
