New paper: Towards the CAP Health Check and the European Budget Review
IEEP has produced an authoritative analysis of the expected pathway to future CAP reform.
The paper, written for the German Marshall Fund, unpicks the Health Check proposals, examines at the likely influence of the EU Budget Review, the EU Reform Treaty and the WTO Doha Round, and considers the poltical forces that may inform future reform decisions.
